講者簡介

蘇廷弼博士 - 香港飛碟學研究院創辦人兼副主席、香港飛碟學會幹事、世界華人UFO聯會科學顧問、美國科學探索學會正式會員、香港大學電子工程系、城市大學建築系講師。

Dr. Albert So - Honorary Associate Professor, Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, HKU; Adjunct Professor, Department of Building & Construction, City University; Founder & Vice Chairman of HK Institute of Ufology, Committee Member of HKUFO Club, Science Consultant of Universal Association of Chinese Ufologists, full member of Society of Science Exploration, U.S.A.

王中介博士 - 香港飛碟學研究院創辦人兼主席、香港飛碟學會幹事、大學實驗室主任。學術研究專注於非線性動態系統，個人研究宇宙模型，近年在創作一套陰陽物理學，及其非物質性理論。

Dr. Joseph Wong - Founder of HK Institute of Ufology, Committee Member of HKUFO Club, university laboratory manager. His academic research focuses on Nonlinear System Dynamics, personal research in Universe Model, and developing a theory for the non-physical form of Ying-Yang Physics.

方仲滿小姐 – 香港飛碟學會會長兼創辦人，多年旅居美國在商界工作之餘，隨各國UFO專家從事外星人研究及講座工作，95年走遍廿國家追尋外星人遺跡及個案後，創立香港飛碟學會，近年從事革新英語教學。

Ms. Moon Fong – Chairperson & founder of HK UFO Club, Committee Member of HKIOU. Moon acquired her UFO experience thru a long time acquaintance with international ufologists while in USA as a business executive. The Club was established in 1995 after her round-the-world trip investigating UFO cases & sites. She works on renovating English teaching.

Mr. Neil Gould –香港外星政治學院創辦人、國際外星政治學院網絡聯盟、國際外星政治網絡成員、外星政治學專家、香港UFO 議會搞手，精於研究外星人種、UFO政治禁制。這位本地社區領袖、作家、商人出生於南非，九歲與跨時空外星人正面接觸後，與其中一位ET一直保持聯絡，著作《過度活躍類接觸》描寫他一生的外星親密接觸。

陳鑄略先生 - 香港天文學會首任會長(當年稱香港業餘天文學會)、 香港觀天會顧問, 自學天文學及觀星達四十年, 於香港太空館主持天文講座廿五年之久, 其中包括 <宇宙中的生命及UFO> 系列, 陳先生畢業於香港公開大學, 現職香港大學第一技術員, 亦是國際電機電子工程師學會會員。

Mr. Chan Chu-lok – First President of HK Astronomical, Advisor of HK Space Observers, HKU Chief Technician, an Open University of HK graduate and Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineering member. A self-taught astronomer, Mr. Chan pioneered in astronomical lecturing in the Space Museum for 25 years, including the <Life in Universe and UFO> series.

林紀陶先生 - 香港飛碟學會幹事，七十年代開始飛碟學及古文明研究，常以科普及通識角度接受採訪，令香港傳媒及大眾以正向認識飛碟學。紀陶亦是多媒體創作人，現職電影編劇、影評人、電台DJ及動畫編導等工作。

Mr. Jason Lam – Committee Member of HK UFO Club, HKIOU. A talented multi-media artist: movie script writer, film critic, radio DJ, animator and researcher of UFO & ancient civilizations since the 70’s. Jason got his wit in showing ufology positively to HK folks & media thru a perspective of general science & liberal studies.

朱冀平先生 - 香港飛碟學會幹事，從事研究免費能源、UFO現象、另類醫學、健康科技,反重力推進。這位90年代互聯網先驅,也創作了一套叫"簡單的做人科學"用來創造未來理想世界的人類行為學。

Mr. James Chu - Committee Member of HK UFO Club, HKIOU, free energy/anti-gravity & UFO researcher, alternative medicine / health technology researcher. A pioneer in internet business in the 90’s, James is the creator / author of a human behavior model called ‘The Simple Science of Being’.

黃寬明先生 –香港飛碟學會幹事, 早年ET電影擦亮他鑽研外星人的火花, 酷愛追縱麥田圈, 02年這位電訊業高層、財經會計忙人更走訪英國石柱群附近區域,作麥田圈實地考察研究。

Mr. Raymond Wong – Committee Member of the HK UFO Club, HKIOU. Deeply enchanted by extraterrestrial studies after "Close Encounter of the Third Kind" and intense interest in crop circles, Raymond visited Stonehenge to conduct field studies of nearby crop circles amid his executive life in the telecommunication field. 飛碟學 : 從外太空到地球星

每兩分鐘，地球上就發生一單UFO目擊事件，十六人中就有一個曾目睹UFO！半世紀下來，目擊UFO案每年仍以萬計遞增──也只是九成多從未匯報個案的冰山一角！

踏入新世紀，全球政府幽浮檔案不打自招，骨牌效應好戲連場：04年墨西哥政府廣播空軍紅外線UFO群片段、07年法國太空總署公佈五十年來上萬UFO記錄、08年英國國防部網頁刊登「從不存在」機密UFO檔、聯合國開袐密UFO對嘴會議被洩露、梵帝崗急轉軚：ET無原罪弟兄不再魔鬼邪靈……相比往日控告美政府才取得幾頁冇料到UFO文件，各國政府可算是公然造勢，打開從全盤否認到謹慎承認外星現象的太平門，似乎人類集體意識終於走到與外星現象妥協的轉捩點了。

Ufology: From Outer Space to Planet Earth

Since the new millennium, we see major countries rolling a trend of disclosing government secret files on UFO investigation. 2004 - Mexican government publicly broadcasted its air force infra red, gun camera video of UFOs. 2007 France - for the first time in history, a national government is publicly releasing all their UFO data on the national space agency website detailing 10,000 documents of 1,600 cases spanning five decades, with videos and police reports. This year, U.K. opened up their classified secret UFO files for the first time thru their Ministry of Defense. Compared with the sixties when U.S. citizens could only obtain government UFO files after Freedom of Information Act lawsuits, world governments are very likely shifting from total denial towards cautious acceptance. It appears that our mass consciousness is reaching a pivotal time in the human reconciliation of extraterrestrial issues.

Hard data talk: Every 2 minutes, there is a UFO sighting on planet Earth. Global multiple surveys point to 5-7% population saw UFOs and 10-15% know someone seeing one.  Over the last 50 years, hundred thousands of UFO cases have been documented, and UFO sightings are estimated to be in the millions, increasing by the thousands each year. And only small percentages of witnesses report their sightings.

Or how do we deal with this typical summary of assessment of the UFO phenomenon? "Some UFOs are extraterrestrial spacecraft which are piloted by extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) who originate on another planet, and most likely another star system." (CSETI) It is time we look at the facts, the evidence, the witness statements and tons of research documents done by renowned UFO researchers worldwide, to get an overall understanding of the truth related to extra-terrestrial civilizations.

The term UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Objects, a relatively new term born in the 50’s. Ufology is a general school or academic discipline devoted to the study of the UFO phenomena and related events of an investigative and political nature, eg. exopolitics and exoarcheology. A big number of ufologists’ direction is to bring about disclosure in a managed way to avoid economic / religious collapse and a transparent post disclosure world. Far from a science fiction type of study; it studies individuals, institutions and processes associated with extraterrestrial presence. For instance, Exobiology is the name of a NASA launched PhD program studying extraterrestrial life forms. Studying Ufology, no matter we will eventually believe in the evidence, facts and theories or not, will require a different mind set and thinking - one that challenges our open mind, i.e. to be able to see our world in multi-perspectives. We, Hong Kong Institute of Ufology and HKUFO Club, firmly believe this is the true value of teaching Ufology in University of Hong Kong, a prominent university in the world.

As modern men, we use our brain to remember things instead of analyzing things - the TV box is our truth. Our society and governance tend to choose a path of forgetting that some of the ancient values had varnished. From time to time in the history of science, important topic was skipped simply because that problem appeared to involve phenomena so far outside the current bounds of scientific knowledge that it was not even regarded as a legitimate subject of serious scientific concern. UFO could be one. We tend to attach to traditions. When the world was believed to be flat, technological breakthroughs like remote viewing and internet conversations were considered impossible. 700 years later, we communicate with anyone anywhere real time with 3G mobiles. Who knows, 200 years from now if we can download messages from other dimensions and do things that are considered science fiction nowadays, as portrayed in contactees’ alien worlds?
